Электрички РЖД

"Электрички РЖД" is Russian Railways' own ticketing product for suburban (commuter) trains, and this bot is its Telegram front end. According to RZD's official coverage of the launch, it currently serves passengers of four suburban passenger companies — BPPK, VVPPK, SPK and "Sodruzhestvo" — covering 25 regions of Russia, and lets you buy a one-way electronic ticket at full fare, plus arrange payment for baggage, excess hand luggage, bicycles and pets.

Practical details matter for a real ticketing tool: electronic tickets can be purchased no earlier than 10 days before travel, a single order allows up to 5 tickets, and payment is accepted via Mir national cards as well as UnionPay, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. The ticket is valid for one journey within the date printed on it, and refunds are not available once payment is processed — read the terms before buying if your plans might change.

Because it's operated by RZD itself rather than a third party, this is one of the more trustworthy options in the category for the specific case of suburban rail — for long-distance or intercity trains and tourist routes, pair it with TourRZDbot instead.
