These bots sell, set up or hand out VPN and proxy connections right inside Telegram: you pick a location or plan in the chat and get a key, a configuration file or a link to paste into a client app. They suit anyone who wants to protect their traffic on public Wi-Fi without creating an account on yet another website.

We did not run speed tests. For each bot we confirmed that it is live on Telegram and traced it to its developer's official site, documentation or GitHub repository, then compared what it actually gives you (a mini app, an access key or a configuration file), which client app you still need, the free tier, trial and prices, and what the service publishes about logs, audits and maintenance. Bots that only hand out public servers of unknown operators or are no longer maintained lost points on safety and freshness.
Almost none of these bots is the VPN itself. The bot sells or hands out the connection, and a client app on your device opens the tunnel. DVPN Bot (@dvpnbot) lets you pick a country in its mini app, and a small companion app such as VPN QuickClient connects. BroVPN (@bro_vpn_bot) sends a VLESS or VMESS configuration to import into V2Box, v2rayNG or Hiddify. BeePass VPN (@beepassvpn_bot) sends an access key for its own Android and iOS app, and GuardianVPN (@GuardianVPNBot) sends an OpenVPN or WireGuard file. Plan to install one client, whatever the marketing says. MTProxy Admin Bot (@MTProxybot) is a different tool: Telegram's verified bot for people who run their own MTProto proxy server, not a VPN for everyday use.
A VPN moves trust from the Wi-Fi network you are on to the server operator. On café or airport Wi-Fi that is a good trade, but only if you trust the operator. BeePass is built on Outline, an open-source VPN audited twice, and says openly that it stores your Telegram ID, the servers you used and your traffic volume. DVPN routes traffic through independent node operators on the Sentinel network. Abdal V2ray Bot (@AbdalV2rayBot) hands out public servers run by unknown people: free, but keep banking and work accounts off them. The no-logs claims of BroVPN and GuardianVPN have no independent audit behind them.
BeePass has no plans or payments at all, and DVPN keeps a few locations free with no time limit. BroVPN gives a 3-day, 500 MB trial, then costs $4.99 a month or $35.88 a year for up to five devices. GuardianVPN sells one-week and one-month passes, but its author archived the project in January 2026, so avoid paying far ahead. Whichever you choose, try the free tier or trial on the network you actually use before committing to a year.
Yes. BeePass VPN (@beepassvpn_bot) is free with no plans at all, and DVPN Bot (@dvpnbot) keeps a few locations free with no time limit. Abdal V2ray Bot (@AbdalV2rayBot) is free too, but its public servers are run by unknown operators, so keep sensitive accounts off them.
Usually yes. The bot hands out the connection and a client opens the tunnel: a companion app such as VPN QuickClient for DVPN, V2Box, v2rayNG or Hiddify for BroVPN, the BeePass app for BeePass keys, and the OpenVPN or WireGuard app for GuardianVPN.
No. MTProxy Admin Bot is Telegram's verified bot for people who run their own MTProto proxy server: it registers the server with /newproxy and unlocks usage statistics and monetization. To use a proxy, add one from a source you trust in Telegram's settings under Data and Storage.
