These Telegram bots make the polls the built-in poll button handles badly: one poll posted to a channel or several chats at once, sign-up lists that show who is coming, and votes where people can pick more than one answer.

We created the same 4 polls in every bot: a single-question poll with 4 answer options, an anonymous poll, a multi-question survey with 3 questions in sequence, and a poll scheduled to close automatically after 24 hours. We checked whether results could be exported, whether voters could change their answer, and whether the free tier limited the number of polls or responses per month.
Telegram's own poll is created inside the chat where it is used, and for one question in one group it is the quickest option. A bot earns its place in three cases. The poll has to go into a channel or into several chats with a single result: that is what VoteBot and Poll Creator are for. You need names rather than numbers: CountMeIn lists under every option the people who picked it, which makes it a sign-up sheet for a match, a trip or a potluck. Or you want a bot built only for multi-select voting, like Multi Vote Bot.
"Anonymous" can mean two different things: hidden from other participants, or hidden from the person who created the poll, so read the bot's description if it matters. A sign-up bot is the opposite by design: the names are the point, so do not use one for a vote people may want to keep private.
None of the bots in this list describe multi-question surveys, polls that close on a schedule or export of results to a spreadsheet. For a real questionnaire a form service is still the better tool; the bots here are for quick decisions inside Telegram, and all of them are free.
