Sign-up lists for group chats: create a question with up to 10 options, share it, and people tap an option to put their name under it, so everyone sees who is coming, not just how many. Free, running since 2016, about 25 thousand monthly users.
CountMeIn is a poll where the answer is a name rather than an anonymous tick. It is built for the questions groups ask before anything happens: who is in for Saturday football, which of three dates suits you, who brings what to the picnic. You start a poll in a private chat with the bot, send the title, then add options one message at a time, up to ten, and finish with /done. The bot gives you the finished poll with buttons to publish it, vote yourself, refresh the results or delete it.
Once shared into a group, each option shows the names of the people who picked it and a count, and tapping an option again takes your name off, so plans can change without a new poll. Because the result is a list of first names, it works as an attendance or sign-up sheet in a way native Telegram polls, which only show percentages or anonymous counts, do not. /polls lists your recent polls with links back to them.
The bot is free and has been running since 2016; its code is public on GitHub, with the last changes in 2025, and the t.me page counts close to 25 thousand users a month. The interface is in English and minimal: there are no deadlines, reminders or exports.

Each option lists the names of the people who picked it, so the result doubles as a sign-up or attendance list.
Yes, tapping the same option again removes the name, and they can tap another one.
