We did not subscribe to paid plans or send proposals. For each bot we confirmed on its t.me page that it is a live bot and then required a link from the service behind it: a pricing page, a setup guide or an update channel that names the bot. From those pages we took which marketplaces it watches, how fast alerts are promised, the filters, the free period and the price, and we noted signs of the service's health, such as an outage report or a sale announcement. Bots named after Upwork or other marketplaces with empty profiles, and alert services that name no owner or link no bot, were left out.
Upwork has no Telegram bot of its own; its job alerts live inside the marketplace. The bots here are third-party services that watch new postings and message you, so read them as tools, not as part of the marketplace: your profile, proposals, contracts and payment protection stay on Upwork. None of the services in this list asks for your Upwork password in its setup, and none should.
Speed matters because early proposals get read first: Track Gigs promises alerts in seconds, Zenfl within a minute. Look at the filters too: payment-verified clients, a minimum hourly rate and keyword exclusions cut most of the noise. Then the price: both offer a free trial and a monthly plan, and Zenfl adds AI proposal drafts, which still need your editing.
A small alert service can disappear. Prefer one that names its owner, publishes prices and keeps an update channel: Zenfl reported an outage and its fix on the same day, and in September 2026 announced that the project is for sale.
