We did not run a sales pipeline through these bots. We took the CRM and site-builder vendors whose products reach Telegram and checked where a bot is published by the vendor itself: a help-center article or a site page that names the bot. Where the vendor asks customers to create their own bot through BotFather, as Bitrix24, Flowlu and SendPulse do, we removed bots that only borrow the brand. For the two official bots we read the setup guides: what data arrives, whether groups are supported, what a plan must include. Support chats of CRM vendors are not tools and were not included.
There are two ways a CRM reaches Telegram. Some vendors publish a shared bot, like TildaForms for Tilda forms or the basic Planfix bot. Many others, Bitrix24 and Flowlu among them, ask you to create a bot in BotFather and paste its token into the CRM, so the bot carries your brand and the data goes straight to your account. In the second case a public bot with the CRM's name is not the vendor's, and giving it access to your leads is a risk.
A form submission sent to one manager's private chat gets lost when that person is on leave. Both bots here work in groups: TildaForms returns keys for a group chat, and Planfix links a group to a task so everyone sees the conversation. Keep the group small and closed, because it will contain customers' names and phone numbers.
The bot is free, but the service behind it may not be: Tilda's data capture services work only with an active paid subscription, and Planfix's free plan covers up to five users. Check limits before you move a sales team onto a bot.
We did not find one. Bitrix24 connects Telegram through a bot you create in BotFather, and Pipedrive works with Telegram through integration services. Public bots with these names are not published by the vendors.
On Tilda, add TildaForms (@tildaformsbot) to the group, send /start there and paste the keys into the site's form settings. Other site builders usually offer a similar integration or a webhook.
Not with the bots in this list: they deliver leads or mirror chats into a CRM that lives elsewhere. Planfix (@planfix_bot) comes closest, since you can create tasks and reply to notifications from Telegram.
