The official voice assistant of Fr8Labs, a CRM for freight forwarders: a salesperson dictates a voice note after a meeting, and the bot turns it into a lead or deal with notes and a follow-up task. It works only with a Fr8Labs CRM account; English interface.
Fr8Labs builds software for freight forwarders and logistics companies, and its CRM has a Telegram bot for the part of sales that happens away from a desk: after a warehouse visit or a port meeting, the salesperson records a voice message instead of typing up the lead later.
The bot transcribes the message with OpenAI-based speech recognition, pulls out the contact name, company, meeting notes and any follow-up ("call her next Wednesday"), and shows a preview. After you tap Confirm, the record appears in Fr8Labs CRM with you as the owner, together with a note holding the full transcript and a task if a follow-up was mentioned. The same works for updates: find a lead with /searchlead or by voice, then say "mark this lead as qualified" or "convert this lead to a deal". Typed messages work too.
This is not a standalone CRM. You sign in with /login using your company's instance code, username and password, so the bot is useful only to teams that already pay for Fr8Labs; prices are not published. The documentation asks for one lead or deal per voice message and says audio is not kept, only the transcript saved as a note. Fr8Labs calls Telegram its first channel, with WhatsApp and WeChat planned.
