The standard Telegram bot of Planfix, a platform for tasks, CRM and business processes: added to a group, it links the chat to a Planfix task so messages flow both ways, creates tasks and projects by command and lets you reply to Planfix notifications from Telegram. Planfix has a free plan for up to 5 users.
Planfix is a configurable platform for tasks, projects, CRM and business processes, and its help center documents @planfix_bot as the basic bot that connects a Telegram chat with Planfix.
Everyone in the chat who uses Planfix signs in once so their messages are attributed to them; messages from people without a Planfix account create new contacts. You add the bot to a group like a regular member and link the chat with /task to a new or existing task, or with /project to a project where new tasks will be created. Once linked, comments added to the task appear in the chat and chat messages go into the task, including photos, video, voice messages, contacts and locations. /find searches tasks and projects, /suspend pauses the transfer and /endtask unlinks the chat.
The same bot delivers Planfix notifications you choose, and replying to a notification adds a comment to the task. Planfix has a free plan for up to five users and paid plans from $8 per user per month billed yearly.
