These Telegram bots belong to job sites and employers: they send new vacancies that match your profile, take applications or keep a resume up to date without opening the site.

We did not apply for jobs through these bots. For each one we opened its t.me page to confirm it is a live bot and noted monthly users where Telegram shows them, then looked for the job site behind it: a link to the bot from the site, its help center or its official channel. Bots that carry a job site's name but have an empty profile the site never mentions were left out; in September 2026 that removed several cards, including one named after Remote OK. From the vendors' pages we took what each bot does, which market its vacancies come from and what stays on the website.
A bot named after a famous job board is not proof of anything. Open the site and look for a link to the bot in the footer, the help center or the official channel; Telegram's own careers page, for example, sends applicants to its verified @jobs_bot. If the site only links a channel, a bot with its name is someone else's.
Most job bots mirror one site, and a site usually serves one country or one industry. Ethiopian services such as Afriwork, HahuJobs and GeezJobs are busy and useful locally; CryptoJobsList covers one industry worldwide. Before subscribing, check where the employers are and whether remote roles are really open to your country.
A real employer does not charge you for training, equipment or "registration", does not ask for card details before an interview and does not move you to a stranger's personal account. Keep your conversation in the official bot or on the site, and never send ID documents to an account you cannot link back to the company.
Some bots allow it: Afriwork Applicant Bot (@afriworkapplicantbot) takes applications from its channel, and Telegram's Jobs Bot (@jobs_bot) collects applications for roles at Telegram. CryptoJobsList (@CryptoJobsListBot) sends you to the listing to apply.
We did not find one: neither site links a Telegram bot, and Remote OK links only a channel. Bots using these names are not official, so they are not in this list.
Warning signs are a request to pay for training or equipment, an offer that pays far above the market for simple tasks, and pressure to move to a personal account. Check that the company's site links the bot or account you are talking to.
