A hiring-intro bot for tech: developers upload a CV and preferences, hiring managers add open roles, and Helly shows each side only relevant matches, sharing contacts once both agree. Free; a young indie product without its own website.
Helly is a small hiring product that lives entirely in Telegram. Its pitch is "warm, contextual intros" between developers and companies instead of a job board or mass matching: neither side scrolls through listings, and contacts are exchanged only when both agree.
A candidate sends the bot a CV and describes what kind of role they want. A hiring manager adds the open positions. The bot then matches the two and shows each person only the options it considers relevant; when the candidate and the company both approve a match, Helly shares their contacts so the conversation can continue directly. AI pre-screening and technical interviews are announced on the product page but marked as coming soon, so today the bot is a matching and introduction tool rather than a full recruiting pipeline.
The service is free. It is also very young: it launched on Product Hunt about seven months ago, it has no website of its own (the Product Hunt page points straight to the bot), no published privacy policy, and Telegram does not show a monthly user count yet. That matters when you hand over a CV with personal details. For a developer open to offers it is a low-effort experiment; for a company it is one more sourcing channel, not a replacement for an applicant tracking system.
