Each bot ran for a week with the same load: a daily to-do of eight items, a shared shopping list edited by two people and thirty short notes with a later search for five of them. We measured how many taps a new item takes, whether items can be checked off and reordered, how search works, whether lists can be shared and whether data can be exported. Bots that lost items or duplicated shared edits were ranked lower.
A checklist bot like ToBeDo turns a message into checkboxes and is perfect for a packing list or a one-day plan. A task bot like TodoMateAI adds deadlines, reminders and structure, closer to a to-do app. A notes app like Notepher is a searchable pile of text with hashtags and pins. Most people need one of the first two plus Saved Messages for notes; a dedicated notes bot earns its place when categories and search matter.
Grocery List Bot lets several people edit one list from their own accounts, and listOK keeps shared lists inside a group chat, which is the feature a household actually uses.
