An open-source notes app inside Telegram: a Mini App with instant search, hashtags, pinned notes, formatting and to-do lists, which works offline and syncs through Telegram's own cloud storage. Free, MIT-licensed.
Notepher is not a chat you type commands into: the bot opens a Mini App that looks and behaves like a small notes application. The main screen has a search bar, a row of hashtags and the list of notes, with pinned ones on top. Typing in the search bar filters notes as you type, and tapping a hashtag narrows the list to notes that mention it; the tags are collected automatically from the text and sorted by how often you use them. Notes support formatting, highlighting, lists and to-do lists, and the editor keeps a history with undo and redo.
The part that makes it different from most note bots is where the notes live. They are stored on your device first and synchronized through Telegram Cloud Storage, a storage space Telegram gives each bot per user, so notes follow you between the phone and the desktop app without any account on a third-party server and keep working without a connection. When the same note was changed in two places, the newest version wins. It needs a reasonably recent Telegram client, and the developer lists the Android, desktop, macOS and web versions it was tested on.
Notepher is free and open source under the MIT licence, with the code on GitHub, where it has over two hundred stars; the last commit dates from March 2024, so treat it as finished rather than actively developed. The interface is in English.

Yes, notes are kept locally and synced when the connection returns; if a note changed in two places, the newest version is kept.
