What TodoMateAI does
TodoMateAI replaces the task form with a sentence. You write to the bot the way you would to a colleague, for example "remind me in 15 minutes to call the supplier" or "meeting at 3 pm, remind me an hour before", and the AI separates the title, the description, the deadline and the person responsible, then creates the task and its reminder. Adding "every Friday" or "once a week" turns it into a recurring task that reappears after each completion; the exact interval and reminder time can be set by hand in the Mini App, where tasks are also filtered, edited and closed.
The bot distinguishes three kinds of tasks. A personal one is visible only to you; a task between two people is addressed to someone's @username and only the two of you see it; a group task lives in a Telegram group chat and is visible to all its members, which makes the bot usable for a small team without any separate workspace. In settings you choose the interface language, which also changes the bot's messages and the date format, and your time zone, so deadlines display correctly for people in different countries.
The developer, 2PEOPLE IT, links the bot from its site todomate.pro. Neither the site nor the knowledge base mentions prices or limits, and the documentation itself is written in Russian.

No. A plain sentence is enough; the AI picks out the deadline and assignee, and you can correct anything in the Mini App.
