iTasks

iTasks is a task tracker that opens as a Mini App straight from the bot: no separate account, no password, and teammates join a workspace through an invite link sent in Telegram. A task gets a priority, a deadline and, if needed, a repeat by day, week, month or year; larger pieces of work break into sub-tasks up to four levels deep, and each task has its own discussion with quotes and attachments, so the conversation about it does not get lost in the group chat.

Beyond the basics the tracker has grown into a small project tool: a Kanban board, time tracking with statistics per project and per person, step-by-step automation that moves a task to the next stage, and a help desk that connects a support bot and turns incoming messages into tickets next to the work. Tasks can also be dictated by voice: the built-in AI writes the title and description and picks up a clear deadline from the phrase. An Android app exists for those who prefer a separate window; the iPhone version is announced as in progress.

The free plan covers a team of up to three people and one project with unlimited tasks. PRO costs 499 Telegram Stars a month (card payments start at $9.99) and raises the limit to 50 members and unlimited projects, adding reports and connections for external AI agents.
