Task Scheduler Bot

Task Scheduler Bot connects to your own Google Calendar through Google sign-in and lets you manage it from a chat. Events are created step by step, date, time, duration, reminder and notes, and can be viewed, edited or deleted later without opening Google Calendar. Reminders arrive in Telegram 10 minutes or an hour before an event, or at any custom interval you choose.

The feature that sets it apart is delegation. You can send a task to a contact who also uses the bot; once they accept, the event appears in their Google Calendar. That makes it useful for a small business or a family that hands out appointments, as long as everyone involved connects a Google account. Each user authorises only their own calendar.

Its site, scheduler-bot.org, links the bot and is in English, while the bot's Telegram name is the Russian word for a planner, so the interface language is worth checking when you start. The site shows no prices, although its privacy policy mentions subscriptions and plans. The bot needs full access to your calendar, so connect it only if that trade is worth it to you.
