We did not sign real contracts or send invoices to clients. We looked for document tools whose vendors link a Telegram bot, checked each bot's t.me page, and read the vendor's pages for what the bot produces, which languages it supports and what it costs. The e-signature and contract-template services we checked do not publish Telegram bots, so the list is short. We also note the legal weight of what a bot produces: an inserted signature image is not an electronic signature.
A bot is good at repetitive paperwork: filling the same fields into a numbered invoice, sending a PDF, reminding a client that payment is due. It does not replace legal advice, and a template does not know the rules of your country. Check every clause of a contract a bot or AI drafts before you send it.
Pasting a picture of your signature into a PDF gives the document the weight of a signed scan, not of an electronic signature. For contracts that matter, use a qualified or advanced electronic signature service, or paper originals, as your local law requires.
Invoices and contracts contain names, addresses, bank details and amounts. Before sending them to a bot, check who runs it and whether a privacy policy says how long files are kept.
Its validity depends on the terms and on how the parties sign it, not on where the template came from. A template may not fit your situation, and some deals need a notary or official registration, which a signed file alone does not satisfy.
The file goes to the bot owner's server and may stay there, so don't send ID scans or images of your signature to a bot you don't know. If you only need the wording checked or rewritten, remove names, bank details and amounts first.
It can write a draft quickly, but it may leave out an important clause or cite a legal provision that does not exist. Treat the result as a starting point, check every clause, and have a lawyer review anything with serious money or obligations at stake.
