Invoicle

A lot of small business now happens inside Telegram: a freelancer agrees on a job in a chat, a small shop takes orders in a group, and then someone asks for "a proper invoice". Opening a desktop accounting program for that is overkill. Invoicle is a bot built for exactly this moment: it walks you through a few prompts and returns a clean PDF invoice with your own logo, ready to forward to the client.

Beyond single invoices, the bot keeps a running record of what you have billed, tracks stock and produces sales reports, so a one-person shop gets basic bookkeeping without a separate app. The free plan covers 20 invoices a month, which is enough for most freelancers; larger volumes move to paid plans, whose prices the bot's public description does not list.

Keep two limits in mind. First, Invoicle is an indie product without a vendor website: what we know comes from its Telegram description and the author's Product Hunt launch, there is no published privacy policy, and the bot does not show a monthly user count. Second, the invoice is a generic document, not tied to any country's tax rules. If your country requires registered e-invoicing or specific tax fields, check that the PDF meets them before you rely on it. The interface is confirmed only in English.
