An invoicing bot for freelancers: answer four prompts and it builds a PDF invoice, tracks who has paid and sends polite reminders on days 1, 3, 7, 14 and 30. Interface and invoices in English, Spanish and Portuguese; free for 3 invoices a month, Pro $20.
invioTrack is built for people who do the work and hate chasing payment: designers, developers, tutors, cleaners, small agencies. You tap /new and answer four questions, who the client is, what the work was, the amount and the due date, and the bot returns a numbered PDF invoice. It then tracks the invoice and reminds the client on days 1, 3, 7, 14 and 30 until you mark it paid; you can pause or change the schedule.
It does not handle money. You keep your own payment method, such as a bank transfer, Zelle, Stripe or cash, and tell the bot when the payment lands. The interface and the invoices work in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
The Free plan covers 3 invoices a month for up to 2 clients. Pro at $20 a month removes the limits and adds automatic reminders; Business at $40 adds custom branding and CSV export. The site promises no ads, no data resale and no third-party trackers.
