The most widely used free group manager: warns, mutes and bans, word filters, welcome messages with captcha, anti-flood and federations for networks of chats. English and dozens of languages, 2.3 million monthly users.
Rose has been the default answer to "which bot should moderate my group" for years. Add it as an admin, run /settings and it walks you through the modules: warnings with configurable limits, locks on links, forwards and media, keyword filters with custom replies, greetings with a "press the button" captcha, anti-flood, notes and rules. Federations let one ban propagate across every chat you own.
The bot is free for everything above and is open about what it stores. The price is the learning curve: the command list is long and settings live in private chat with the bot, so the first hour is spent reading its help pages. Once configured it is stable and rarely needs attention.
