What Group Help does
Group Help competes with Rose on features but wins on onboarding: after you add it as an admin, every option is a button in an inline menu instead of a command with arguments. Anti-spam blocks links, usernames and forwards from channels, anti-flood limits message rate, a captcha checks newcomers, and "levels" give trusted members extra rights. Welcome and rules messages support formatting and buttons.
The bot is free and its interface is translated into many languages. Its weak spot is documentation for edge cases; when a menu option is unclear, you experiment.
