InToIn sits on the other side of the hiring table from most HR bots: it works for the candidate. Its website sends visitors to @InviteToInterviewBot, and everything happens in the chat, without a separate app or account.

You export your LinkedIn profile as a PDF and send it to the bot. It scores the profile against more than 150 criteria — keyword coverage, how achievements are quantified, job titles, career progression — and returns a report with strengths, weak spots and suggested rewrites. The second half of the tool is resume generation: paste a job description and the bot builds a resume tailored to that role, formatted to pass applicant tracking systems, as a PDF in about a minute, with revisions allowed.

Pricing is pay-per-use with no subscription. The free trial covers a basic LinkedIn analysis, one resume analysis and an ATS compatibility check. The full multi-stage LinkedIn analysis with a downloadable PDF report costs €9, and tailored resumes start at €0.69 each; there is also a custom tier for bulk processing.

The tool depends on having a LinkedIn profile, and everything it produces is in English, so it suits people applying to English-language roles.
