What Worksection does
This bot is not a task manager of its own: it is the Telegram side of Worksection, a web service for projects, tasks and time tracking. Each person switches the integration on in their Worksection profile, after which the service's notifications arrive in Telegram instead of, or alongside, email. That is where it saves time: you can reply to a notification right in the chat, attach a file, and the reply lands in Worksection as a comment on the right task.
A handful of commands cover the rest. /list shows your projects with their numbers, /list N shows the tasks of one project, and /add N followed by a title creates a task; the same line can carry a priority from 1 to 10, an assignee's email and a term in days, so a task with an owner and a deadline fits into one message. The command set is described in Worksection's own blog post from 2017, when the integration launched, and it has not been expanded since then as far as public material shows.
Whether the bot is worth it depends entirely on the service behind it. Worksection has a free plan for up to 5 people and 2 projects; paid plans start at $5 per seat a month ($3.75 billed annually). If your team does not use Worksection, look at the Telegram-native trackers in this list instead.
