A free bot that hands out public V2Ray configurations (VLESS, VMess, Trojan, Shadowsocks, TUIC, Hysteria2), filtered by country, platform and port, from the author of a GitHub list refreshed every 15 minutes.
Abdal V2ray Bot is the Telegram side of free-v2ray-public-list, a GitHub repository by developer Ebrahim Shafiei (EbraSha) with more than 1,300 stars that collects working public servers and refreshes the list every 15 minutes. The repository links to @AbdalV2rayBot as its bot, and the bot's own description promises free, automatically updated configurations.
You send /start, pick a protocol, and the bot returns connection links to paste into a client such as v2rayNG, Hiddify or NekoBox on Android, v2rayN on Windows, or Streisand and Shadowrocket on iOS. Configs can be filtered by country, platform and port, and the bot can send fresh ones automatically at an interval you choose. It speaks English and Persian, needs no registration or payment, and the only monetization is a donation link.
Know what you are getting: these are public servers gathered from the internet, not a VPN provider with its own infrastructure. Nobody vouches for who runs a given server, what it logs or how long it will stay up, so a config can die within hours, and anything you send without HTTPS is visible to the server's operator. That makes the bot a quick way around a block, not a tool for protecting banking, work accounts or anything sensitive. The open repository is the server list itself; no source code for the bot is published there.

They are public servers run by people you don't know. They are fine for getting past a block, but avoid banking and other sensitive accounts through them, and use a VPN you trust for private work.
Public servers go offline or get blocked often. Ask the bot for fresh ones or turn on scheduled delivery.
The author recommends v2rayNG, Hiddify or NekoBox on Android, v2rayN or Nekoray on Windows and Linux, and Streisand, Shadowrocket or V2Box on iOS and macOS.
