File Cloud (@FileBoxBot) states its purpose directly: "This bot save your files in cloud servers." The idea is simple and genuinely useful — instead of losing track of a document buried in an old chat, you send it to a dedicated storage bot and can find it there specifically whenever you need it.

In practice this works best for smaller, occasional files rather than as a replacement for a proper cloud drive: there is no confirmed folder structure, search, or sharing-link generation, so retrieval likely depends on scrolling back through your chat history with the bot rather than browsing a file manager.

Because a third-party bot is holding your files on its own servers, treat it the same way you would any unofficial storage service — fine for non-sensitive documents and casual backups, not the place for anything genuinely confidential, since there is no published data-retention or privacy policy to review.
