It is backed by a standalone website, myqrbot.com, which mirrors the same generator for anyone who would rather work in a browser tab instead of a Telegram chat — useful when generating a batch of codes as part of a larger task, where the persistence of an open web page beats scrolling back through chat history to find one made earlier.

Functionally it stays in generator-only territory: there is no indication it reads codes back out of a photo, and no styling options like custom colors or an embedded logo are documented. For the specific complaint of why every free QR site seems to want an email address first, though, it is a straightforward answer.
