The Telegram channel of LurkMor, a free watcher of new listings on Craigslist, eBay, Poshmark and other US marketplaces. You set keywords, price range and area on the website, open the bot with the code it gives you, and new matches arrive instantly. No account needed.
LurkMor was born from a missed pickup truck: a clean, fairly priced listing on Craigslist that was gone within hours. Its founder got tired of refreshing the same searches and built a watcher instead. Today it scans Craigslist, eBay and Poshmark, and the search form also lists Facebook Marketplace and OfferUp, comparing new listings with what it has already seen.
Setup happens on lurkmor.com, not in the chat. You type short keywords, tick the marketplaces, choose a city or region (or nationwide), add an optional price range and pick how you want to be told: an email digest, SMS or Telegram. Choose Telegram and the site gives you a unique code and a link to @LurkmorAlertsBot; tap Start and the alert is live. From then on only new listings come through — the service baselines what is already posted, so you are not flooded with yesterday's results.
There are useful switches for each source: Craigslist title-only matching, eBay local pickup within about 100 miles and an eBay Motors mode for vehicles and parts. It is free and needs no account.
Two things to keep in mind. The bot's Telegram profile is blank, so the only proof it belongs to LurkMor is the instruction on LurkMor's own site. And the coverage is American: Craigslist cities, eBay local pickup in miles, US-centred resale apps. If you are buying and selling in the US, it is a quiet, free deal hunter.
