Because it functions as a support and service bot rather than an independent third-party tracker, its coverage of CDEK-specific detail (pickup points, cost calculators, order management) is likely more accurate than a general multi-carrier tracker would be — but it is naturally limited to CDEK shipments specifically, so it won't help with a parcel moving through a different courier.
