ToBeDo

ToBeDo does one narrow thing very well: it turns a plain message into a checklist. Write a grocery run or a project punch list as separate lines, send it to the bot, and it replies with the same list rendered as checkboxes you tap to mark items done — no slash commands to memorize, no menus to navigate.

The more interesting use case is groups: add ToBeDo as an admin to a group or channel and any message posted there is converted into a shared checklist that everyone in the chat can tick off together, which is handy for a household chore list or a small team's shared task board. Because the project is open source, you can also self-host it if you want the data on your own server rather than the public instance. Its limits are the flip side of its simplicity — no due dates, no reminders, no recurring lists.
