Whois Bot

WHOIS lookups are one of those small, recurring tasks in a developer's day — checking who registered a domain, which hosting provider is behind an IP, or which autonomous system a server belongs to. Whois Bot answers exactly that: send a domain or IP and it returns the WHOIS record along with the hosting provider and ASN in one reply, based on its own stated function.

It is a convenience layer over data that is technically public and queryable from a terminal with the whois command, but having it inside Telegram means no context switch to a terminal or browser tab when the question comes up mid-conversation with a teammate, or while triaging an incident from a phone.

As a small independently maintained bot, credited to a named developer in its own bio, expect it to be a lightweight utility rather than a full domain-intelligence platform — for bulk lookups or monitoring domain expiry over time, a dedicated service is a better fit.
