Channel posting assistant: schedules posts, adds inline buttons and reaction buttons, formats text, shows channel stats. Free core, paid add-ons; Russian and English, 235 thousand monthly users.
Controller Bot is the classic tool for people who run Telegram channels. You connect a channel through your own bot token, then compose posts inside the bot: attach media, add URL buttons and emoji reaction buttons, preview, and either publish now or schedule for a specific time. It also shows subscriber counts and post views.
The base workflow is free. Advanced features such as more channels or extra automation are sold as add-ons. The bot predates Telegram's built-in scheduling, but buttons under posts remain its main advantage over the native "schedule message" feature.

Native scheduling has no buttons under posts; Controller Bot adds them and keeps a posting queue.
