EgovKzBot is the Telegram chat-bot of Kazakhstan's egov.kz portal — the government's own citizen-services platform — confirmed on egov.kz's own site and by the state's Nitec press service, which documented its service list growing to two dozen-plus offerings. That government pedigree matters here: among its many services (property-encumbrance certificates, pension-payment amounts, social-status checks) is a direct check against the debtor and travel-ban registry maintained by the Ministry of Justice's enforcement-proceedings system — the same authoritative source that determines whether you can actually leave the country.

To use it, you first register your phone number in your egov.kz personal account (the "Base of Mobile Citizens"), then launch the bot and pick "Проверка по реестру должников и запретов на выезд," entering your IIN. The result — typically returned within a couple of minutes — tells you whether you or, with their consent, a close relative appear in the registry, alongside whichever of the other two dozen-plus e-government services you need.

Because it's the actual portal behind Kazakhstan's state services, not a third party estimating from public data, a result here carries the same weight as checking egov.kz itself. The trade-off is the phone-linked registration step and a broad, general-purpose scope — it is a whole e-government dashboard bundled into one bot, not a single-purpose debt checker, and there's no confirmed English interface.
