Key features

  • Official State Tax Service (ДПС) of Ukraine chat-bot, active for FOP since 2020
  • Shows budget-settlement status, unpaid tax, penalties and overpayments
  • Registration data, tax invoices and risk rating in separate menu sections
  • Pre-filled declarations and two-click tax payment for single-tax payers

What InfoTAX does

InfoTAX is the State Tax Service of Ukraine's own official chat-bot, launched in 2020 for FOP (individual entrepreneurs) and still actively maintained — regional tax-office pages across the country (Sumy, Zaporizhzhia region, others) were still publishing user guides for it in 2025, describing roughly twenty distinct services across four menu sections. "Особовий рахунок" (personal account) shows your budget-settlement status, any unpaid tax, penalties, debt and overpayments; "Інфо" holds your tax calendar; "Облікові дані" lists your registration data, objects and accounts; "Накладні" shows issued and received tax invoices along with your risk rating.

Getting in requires identifying yourself — either with a qualified electronic signature or as a client of one of the partner Ukrainian banks (BankID) — after which the tax service links your actual account, not a public-data guess. Single-tax payers additionally get pre-filled income declarations and can pay in two clicks once bank accounts are linked, with proactive alerts when a new debt risk appears.

This is a genuinely useful, low-friction way for a Ukrainian FOP to see where they stand with the tax office without visiting an inspection or waiting on hold. The trade-off is that its own Telegram profile still carries no bio text, so a first-time user only recognizes it as legitimate once the identification flow hands off to the tax service's own Electronic Cabinet, and its scope is built around FOP rather than the general public. It is confirmed to run in both Telegram and Viber.

FAQ

Is InfoTAX really run by Ukraine's tax service?

Yes — regional State Tax Service offices across Ukraine (Sumy, Zaporizhzhia region and others) were still publishing official user guides for it in 2025, alongside its original 2020 launch coverage.

What do I need to start using it?

You identify yourself with a qualified electronic signature or as a client of a partner bank (BankID) — the bot then links your actual tax account rather than showing generic information.

Does it work for regular employees, not just entrepreneurs?

It was built for FOP (sole proprietors); its exact scope for other taxpayer types beyond that is unconfirmed.
