LinCo

LinCo Bot (@lin_co_bot) is about as simple as a link shortener gets: send it a long URL, and it sends back a short one. That's the entire feature set as far as its own description discloses, and for a lot of casual use — a link to paste into a chat without it eating half the screen, say — that's genuinely all that's needed.

There's no mention of click statistics, custom aliases, QR codes, or any kind of dashboard. It won't show whether anyone clicked a link, and it doesn't try to be a marketing tool. What it does promise, directly in its own bio, is no unnecessary registration — no account and no personal information handed over just to compress a URL.

That simplicity is a fair trade-off for some and a dealbreaker for others. A channel admin who wants to track how a shortened link performs, or a marketer building campaigns with UTM tags, will find nothing here — Link19 or Short.io are the better fit. But when the entire need is making a long link short so it looks tidier in a message, LinCo does exactly that, instantly, with the fewest possible steps in between.
