A calorie and protein counter in chat: send a photo, a voice note or a line of text about your meal and Olivka replies in seconds, keeps daily totals toward your goal and sends reminders. The first meals are free, no card needed.
Olivka is a young calorie-tracking assistant that works inside the messengers people already use. On Telegram the flow is short: you tell it what you ate in whichever way is easiest at that moment, as a photo of the plate, a voice note on the way out of a restaurant or a line of text, and it answers within seconds with calories and protein. Protein gets equal billing with calories, which suits people who are trying to build muscle or keep it while cutting.
At the start Olivka asks about your goal: losing weight, maintaining or gaining muscle. From then on it keeps daily totals and sends reminders, so a missed lunch log gets a nudge rather than silently breaking your streak. It does not prescribe a diet or meal plan; it counts and reports. The official site olivka.app, which links to the bot, also offers free calorie and macro calculators, and the same assistant is available in WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram.
On pricing, the site says the first meals are free and no card is required, after which a paid subscription starts. The exact price is shown only at the end of onboarding, not on the site, which makes it harder to compare in advance; there is a 30-day refund. The product launched in August 2026, so it has little track record yet, and Telegram does not show a user count for the bot. The site is in English with a Polish version, and other bot languages are not confirmed. Note that similarly named Telegram bots belong to other people: the right one is the username linked from olivka.app.

No. It counts calories and protein toward the goal you set and sends reminders, but it does not prescribe a diet or menu.
