What PostFast does
PostFast is a scheduling service for 11 platforms, among them Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, X and Telegram. Its help center has a full guide to connecting Telegram, and that guide names @postfastapp_bot as the account you add to your channel or group.
For a channel, you give the bot two rights, posting and editing messages, plus posting stories. For a group, admin status alone is enough. Then you open Accounts in PostFast, choose Telegram and paste the channel's @username, or for a private chat the link to any message, from which PostFast reads the chat ID. Posts can carry up to 4,096 characters, up to 10 images or videos, and links with previews.
One honest limitation is spelled out in the guide: in a channel the post appears as the channel itself, but in a group the bot's name shows next to each message, and no scheduling tool can hide it. So for broadcasting, channels work better.
PostFast is paid. Plans start at €10 a month billed yearly (€12 monthly) for 4 social accounts and 150 scheduled posts, and every plan has a 7-day trial with no card. It suits creators, small brands and agencies that run Telegram next to other networks.
