There is no dashboard, no saved-vehicle list, no daily monitoring — just a one-off lookup whenever you want it, which suits someone who wants a quick answer without installing an app or logging into Gosuslugi. It is not run by GIBDD, the traffic police, or any state agency: it is an independent bot built on top of the same public data source anyone can query, and its accuracy and uptime depend entirely on an unnamed developer keeping it working.

Because it is unofficial, do not treat a "no fines found" result as a legal guarantee — GIS GMP data can lag a few days behind an actual violation, and a payment made minutes ago may not show as cleared yet either. For anything with real consequences (an upcoming trip, a car sale, a court deadline), cross-check the same plate on gosuslugi.ru or gibdd.ru before acting, and never enter your driver's license number or passport data into a bot that asks for more than a plate and STS number.
