Штрафы ПДД

Shtrafy_bot is the Telegram companion of the "Штрафы ПДД" mobile app (ru-pdd.ru), which gives it more of a track record than most single-purpose fine-checker bots: an app with its own website, published for years, rather than a bot built from scratch with no other presence. It checks fines against both the GIBDD database and the broader GIS GMP administrative-fines system, and — per its own profile — can look up fines tied to either the vehicle or the driver, and lets you pay directly from the chat.

Being able to pay in-chat is convenient, but it is also the point where you should be most careful: only ever pay through the bot's built-in Telegram Payments flow (which never asks you to type your full card number into a chat message) and never follow an outside link the bot sends you to "complete payment" on an unfamiliar site. A legitimate fine-payment flow stays inside Telegram's own payment interface.

Like every bot in this category it is a private commercial service, not a GIBDD product, so a "no fines" result is not a legal guarantee — verify anything with real stakes on gosuslugi.ru or gibdd.ru. The app backing it does give it somewhat more reliability than an anonymous one-off bot, which is reflected in a slightly higher trust score here.
