Payment is offered in the same conversation. That is convenient, and it is also the part to be deliberate about: a payment inside a bot goes through a provider chosen by the bot's authors, not by you, so the receipt and the eventual dispute are on their terms. The state portal remains the reference source, and the sensible pattern is to let the bot watch and warn, then decide where to pay.
