The AI assistant of Iraqi travel service Sindibad: describe a trip in text or voice, get flight options with prices, and finish the booking of flights, hotels, visas or eSIM in the chat.
Sindibad AI Assistant is the Telegram bot of Sindibad, an Iraqi online travel service at sindibad.iq. The company announced it on its own blog, with a direct link to @sindibad_assistant_bot, so this is the vendor's bot and not a look-alike.
The workflow is conversational. You write or say where and when you want to go, and the assistant replies with flight options and prices. Once you pick a flight, it asks for a photo of your passport and a phone number to issue the ticket, then sends a link to pay online by card. The same assistant also books hotels, visas and eSIM plans, so one chat can cover most of a trip.
Two things are worth knowing before you start. First, the bot sells travel rather than just comparing prices: you are buying through Sindibad, not getting a neutral search across agencies. Second, it asks for passport data inside Telegram. That is normal for ticketing, but only share it if you are ready to book with this agency.
The bot's description and the launch announcement are in English; an Arabic interface was not confirmed at the time of review.
Paid Asking for flight options is free; you pay for the ticket or booking through a card payment link
