What Stepik courses does
Stepik is an online course platform whose open catalogue is overwhelmingly Russian-language: in September 2026 its public API listed roughly 33,000 public courses in Russian against about 1,400 in English. A bot that picks a course from that catalogue is, in practice, a pointer to Russian-language courses.
The bot's own description says exactly one thing, that it selects a course from the Stepik website. Nobody is named as its author, there is no repository or news channel, and nothing public explains whether it asks what you want to learn or simply hands out a course. Stepik's website links a different Telegram bot, so this one does not come from the platform.
