What Wikipedia Search does

@wiki is one of the built-in inline bots shipped by Telegram. You do not open it as a chat: in any conversation you type @wiki followed by a term, wait a second for the dropdown of matching articles, and tap one to send a card with the title, a snippet and a link. It searches the Wikipedia language edition that matches your Telegram interface language, which is handy in mixed-language groups.

It does the one thing well and nothing else: no summaries, no translations, no article reading inside Telegram. For quick "what is it" links during a discussion it remains the fastest option, and because Telegram runs it there is no downtime or advertising.
