Silero TTS vs SteosVoice

For narration that has to sound like a person reading, Silero TTS (@silero_voice_bot) is the stronger pick: over 2,500 voices in HD quality, Russian and English, an open-source Silero engine underneath and the larger audience of the two at 79 thousand a month. SteosVoice (@steosvoice_bot) plays a different game: over 800 voices sorted by category — game characters, cartoons, narrators — plus voice-to-text recognition in the same bot, for 48 thousand monthly users. Both are freemium and neither publishes its free-tier limits, so expect to hit a cap before you learn what it is. Take SteosVoice when you want a recognisable character voice for a clip, or one bot that works in both directions.
