Stickers Bot vs File Convert
For anyone building a sticker pack to share, Stickers Bot (@Stickers) is the better choice: Telegram's official, free tool publishes static, animated and video packs under an install link and lets you edit or reorder them later, with about 650 thousand monthly users. The catch is strict input: images must already be 512 px PNG or WEBP files. File Convert (@FileConvertBot) is an open-source bot that turns a file into a sticker, photo, voice or video message and back, but it works one message at a time and does not state a file-size limit. If you only want to send one picture as a sticker, or save a sticker as a file, File Convert is the quicker route.
