Where captcha bots focus on the moment someone joins, Moderator_Rubot watches what happens after: repeated messages, excessive caps lock, aggressive language and trigger words. It mutes or warns automatically and keeps a log so admins can review borderline calls instead of trusting a black box.

It is aimed squarely at Russian-language chats — both the interface and the built-in word lists assume Russian slang and spam patterns, which makes it a weaker fit for international groups. Setup is simple: add it as admin and the defaults already catch the most common problems, with fine-tuning available through its command menu.
