Functionally that puts it in the same category as VirusTotal52bot — an independent wrapper around the same public multi-engine scanning API — except that its name, description and interface are in Russian, though the job itself comes down to sending a file and reading the verdict.

Its value is the same as any VirusTotal-style checker: send a file you're unsure about and get a consensus reading across dozens of antivirus engines instead of relying on just one. For someone who received an unexpected attachment and wants a second opinion before opening it, that's a genuinely useful five-second habit.

As an unofficial, independently-run bot with no named company behind it in its public profile, treat it with the same caution as any third-party file-scanning tool: don't send files containing sensitive personal data, since the scan happens in the cloud, and use its verdict as one input rather than a certainty.
