GetIDs Bot

Every bot developer eventually needs a numeric ID: a chat_id to send messages to, a user_id for an allow-list, a file_id of a sticker. GetIDs Bot returns them instantly. Send /start to see your own ID; forward a message from a channel or a user to see theirs; add the bot to a group to get the group ID; send a sticker or a file to get its file_id.
