A free habit tracker that comes to you: set a habit with a daily, weekly, monthly or every-few-days schedule, and at reminder time answer with Completed, Skip or Drop. Streaks, badges at 5, 10, 30 and 90 days and an analytics dashboard; no account needed.
Habits Builder is built around the reminder rather than the checklist. After /start you pick your time zone, add the habits you want to keep and give each one a schedule: every day, certain days of the week, monthly, or once every few days. When a habit is due, the bot sends a reminder with three buttons, Completed, Skip or Drop, so marking the day takes one tap and never requires opening a separate screen. The difference between skipping and dropping lets you tell a missed day from a day that simply did not apply.
The motivation layer is the familiar one done cleanly: a streak counter for each habit, badges when a streak reaches 5, 10, 30 and 90 days, and a personal analytics dashboard where you can look at your history at any time. The project also keeps a blog and a habit-tracking guide on its site, habits-builder.com, which links the bot directly.
The bot is free and, as its site puts it, needs no account beyond Telegram. There is no information about who runs it or how many people use it, and the site and bot are in English.

They are the two ways to answer a reminder without marking the habit done; the bot offers both next to Completed, so a day off does not have to look like a failure.
Yes: schedules can be daily, weekly, monthly or every few days.
