A small open-source habit bot: describe a habit, pick the weekdays and the time, and it reminds you with Done and Remind later buttons. Interface in English and Russian, time zone in settings. Free.
Habit, the bot behind @HabitTrainingBot, keeps habit building to its simplest loop: a scheduled nudge and a button. You add a habit by writing a short description, choose the days of the week it applies to (or all of them) and the time, check the preview and publish it. From then on the bot messages you at that time on those days. Tap Done and it replies with a word of encouragement; tap Remind later and it comes back in 5 minutes, then 10, then 15, and after the third postponement it lets the habit go for the day instead of nagging.
The list of habits can be reviewed and edited from the menu, and settings hold the interface language, English or Russian, your time zone and a switch for animations. There are no streak counters, charts or AI here: the bot is for people who mainly need the reminder to show up at the right moment.
The code is public on GitHub, with regular maintenance commits, the latest in June 2026, though no licence file is attached. The bot is free.

No, it only reminds you and records Done or Remind later; choose a tracker with streaks if the numbers motivate you.
It comes back in 5 minutes, then 10, then 15; after the third postponement it stops reminding you about that habit for the day.
