IFTTT is not a Telegram-specific tool but a broad automation platform, and this is its official bot for linking a Telegram group or channel to any of its "applets" — pre-built automation recipes connecting one service's trigger to another's action. For crossposting specifically, the common recipe is "new RSS item posts to Telegram," set up without writing any code.

It is the right tool if you already use IFTTT for other automations and want Telegram folded in, or if you need to connect a source that a dedicated Telegram crossposting bot does not directly support. For pure RSS-to-channel work, a purpose-built bot like RSStT is typically simpler to set up.
