RSS to Telegram Bot vs IFTTT
If the goal is simply a channel that mirrors a feed, RSS to Telegram Bot (@RSStT_Bot) is the better pick: free, open source, deployable on your own server through a documented Docker Compose setup, and it formats images, titles and links instead of posting raw feed text. IFTTT (@IFTTT) is the platform's own official bot and links 360+ services to a channel or a group through no-code applets, but it needs an account on ifttt.com, the free tier caps how many applets stay active, and for plain RSS it is more setup than the job asks for. Choose IFTTT when the source you want is not a feed at all.
